How do I Order?
Products: You can browse our selection of guides by visiting our Home Page. Click a product to learn more information. You can also adjust the quantity of each item you would like to order before placing it in your shopping cart.
When you're finished shopping, simply proceed to the checkout. The instructions will walk you through each step to enter your credit card information. Sorry, we do not take orders by telephone.
CompletelyPrepared.com sells retail products to customers for their personal use. We reserve the right to invalidate any order, with or without cause, including those orders that appear to be purchases for resale or otherwise for commercial use. If you wish to order multiple items for an organization, please email info@completelyprepared.com for assistance.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover card payments online. For your security, we do not retain any relevant credit card information. For more information on the safety of online ordering, please see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
CVV2 code: This code is an additional security check for credit card transactions. For Visa, MasterCard, or Discover cards, the code is on the back of your credit card and appears as the last 3 numbers after your account number. For American Express cards, the code is on the front of the card and appears above and to the right of the imprinted card number.
Pay by Check: If you prefer to pay by check or money order,print and mail this form along with your payment.
International Orders: If your credit card is issued by a non-US bank, it will not be recognized by our credit card verification system and you will need to select the mail option in the checkout/payment screen.

We protect the transfer of sensitive information using Secure Socket Layer (SSL). To learn more about SSL, visit www.verisign.com Extra sensitive information such as a credit card number is stored using database encryption, so that even most internal users cannot access the data.
If you are still not comfortable using your credit card online, just fill in the online ordering form and mail it to us for processing.
Note: The Fair Credit Billing Act provides that your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. If unauthorized use of your card resulted through no fault of your own from a purchase made at our online store, and if your bank holds you liable for any of this amount, CompletelyPrepared.com will cover the entire liability, up to the full $50. In the event of unauthorized use of your card, for this security guarantee to be valid, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its established reporting rules and procedure under your cardholder agreement.
How Do I Reach Customer Service?
If you made a mistake on your order: Email info@completelyprepared.com within one business day of the day you placed your order and tell us what you'd like to change. We'll reply to your email on the next business day during regular business hours to let you know if we are able to accommodate the change(s) requested.
If your order didn't confirm: Email info@completelyprepared.com or call us at 925-399-1639 and we can verify if your order went through or not. If it didn't, we can take your credit card info over the phone and complete your order. After hours, email us and we will respond the following business day.

What do I do if I get an error message that the file is corrupt?
The most common reason for this is that you are not using the most recent version of Adobe®Reader®. You must use version 11.1 or above.
Our guides use advanced PDF features that are only available in the most recent version of Adobe®Reader®.
Where can I download the newest edition of Adobe®Reader®?
You can download it here: (http://get.adobe.com/reader/). The page will automatically detect your operating system and then offer you the appropriate version.
I opened my guide in Adobe®Reader® on my iPad and I filled it in. When I emailed it to myself, I got a blank form. What happened?
Once you receive your form on your computer, you'll need to open it in Adobe®Reader® in order to see the content you completed.
What if I am still having trouble? How can I contact you?
You can submit a question from this page or you can send us an email at info@completelyprepared.com. Please be patient with our response. It may take 24 hours to respond.
I would like my spouse or partner to complete my guide as well. Can I do that?
Yes! We highly recommend that you include your spouse or partner when completing your guide. We allow one additional download to your computer. If you are completing this by hand and are printing the sections/pages that you need, you can copy a second set for your spouse or partner to complete. You can put all the information into one binder for your records and store it in a safe place. We cover this in more detail in the guide.
Do you have a version that would include my spouse or partner?
We don’t. We thought about that, but when you see the forms, you’ll see that both you and your spouse or partner should take an active role in filling in your/their own information. In some cases, where the information would be the same for both spouses or partners, it’s not necessary to duplicate information. We recommend that when you save or store your information as a couple, that you keep your forms together.
Do you collect or store the information that I fill in to my guide?
No. We highly value your privacy. The guide that you download is for your use only. We do not collect or store any information that you fill in to your guide.
What kind of information do you collect?
The only information we collect is information you provide to us in order for us to process your payment, and your email address in order to send you newsletters or updates if you have signed up for that, and your phone number or email address to contact you if you have additional questions. We do not collect any other information. We will never sell or share your information.
