What do I do if I get an error message that the file is corrupt?
The most common reason for this is that you are not using the most recent version of Adobe®Reader®. You must use version 11.1 or above.

I opened my guide in Adobe®Reader® on my iPad and I filled it in. When I emailed it to myself, I got a blank form. What happened?
A: Once you receive your form on your computer, you'll need to open it in Adobe®Reader® in order to see the content you completed.
